This week, pupils in Years 3, 4 and 5 took part in Bikeability training with Cyclewise.

Years 3 and 4 spent time on the school field, learning how to handle their bikes safely, practise good control, and build up their confidence. Meanwhile, Year 5 took their skills a step further by heading down into the village. There, they learned how to cycle safely on the road, use signals, and stay aware of other road users.

All of the children showed great enthusiasm and made excellent progress. The training was a brilliant opportunity to develop independence, resilience and road safety skills.

A huge thank you to the Cyclewise team for leading such valuable sessions!
