Year 2 and Year 3 pupils have been busy in their Design and Technology lessons, exploring cooking and nutrition through hands-on activities in the kitchen. Over the past few weeks, the children have learned how to prepare a range of tasty and healthy dishes.

They have already made egg fried rice and colourful vegetable stir fry, practising important skills such as chopping, mixing and safe food handling. Today, the excitement continued as the children worked together to make delicious spring rolls.

The sessions have been a fantastic opportunity for pupils to develop their practical skills, learn about different ingredients, and build confidence while working as a team. Most importantly, everyone has enjoyed tasting their creations and taking pride in what they have made!
