We are incredibly proud of one of our wonderful school mums, Rosie Dias, who recently completed the London Marathon to raise money to support our school.
In the lead‑up to the big day, Rosie even fitted in a special training run around the school field on the Friday before the marathon, giving pupils and staff a chance to join in, cheer her on and wish her luck. It was a lovely moment and really showed how much her fundraising journey was connected to our school community.
Running 26.2 miles through London is an amazing achievement and takes huge commitment and determination. Rosie chose to take on this challenge to raise money for some tree nets for our outdoor learning area, helping to create exciting and enriching outdoor learning opportunities for our children.
We feel very lucky to have families who go above and beyond to support our school, and Rosie’s efforts are a fantastic example of this. Her fundraising will make a real difference and help enhance our outdoor environment for everyone to enjoy.
